STRATEGIC PLAN 2027 – 2029
Our new three-year strategy is designed to strengthen our impact and guide the next chapter of our growth. Grounded in our values and guided by our sharpened vision, it focuses on creating opportunities that help people, communities and Country thrive.

STRATEGY STATEMENT
We lead Australia in innovating pathways to employment that value cultural diversity and strengthen Country.
OUR VISION
Everyone in meaningful work, connected to Country and community.
At the heart of this strategy is meaningful work.
Employment, training and education are powerful pathways to independence, confidence and belonging. By deepening our focus in these areas, we aim to create stronger communities where people are connected to place, purpose and each other.
Caring for Country complements this focus.
When we care for Country, Country cares for us. Rescuing, recycling and reusing valuable materials respects and restores the land, benefitting people and communities.
This strategy also marks an important step forward as an Aboriginal-led organisation.
Guided by Aboriginal leadership, knowledge and ways of working, we will continue to act with integrity, accountability and respect as we partner with others to create lasting change. Together, we will create lasting impact through meaningful work, stronger communities and caring for Country.
